+host$ qemu <other options> -smb share
+
+vm$ smbclient //10.0.2.4/qemu -N
+smbclient: Can't load /etc/samba/smb.conf - run testparm to debug it
+Domain=[WORKGROUP] OS=[Windows 6.1] Server=[Samba 4.2.1]
+tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME
+vm$ poweroff
+
+Workaround:
+
+host$ qemu <other options> -smb /full/path/to/share
+
+vm$ $ smbclient //10.0.2.4/qemu -N
+smbclient: Can't load /etc/samba/smb.conf - run testparm to debug it

+On my system, `qemu` is an alias for `qemu-system-x86_64`.
+
+The QEMU project is currently considering to move its bug tracking to
+another system. For this we need to know which bugs are still valid
+and which could be closed already. Thus we are setting older bugs to
+"Incomplete" now.
