qemu-system-arm: Linux doesn't boot with UEFI (hangs after printing `EFI stub: Exiting boot services... `.)
Description of problem:
Ubuntu 23.04 (armhf) doesn't boot with UEFI.
It hangs after printing `EFI stub: Exiting boot services... `.
Steps to reproduce:
