box64 version: latest source build, build opts: 
-D ARM64=1 -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=gcc -DBAD_SIGNAL=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo 

BOX64_DYNAREC=0 worked but too slow
