Utilizing VZEXT/VSEXT in RVV1.0
RVV 1.0 (afaik not XTheadVector unfortunately) has the vzext/vsext instructions.

These can be used to emulate the 12 pmovzx/pmovsx instructions.

For example, pmovzxbq can be emulated with vzext.vf8 and SEW of E64
