libwow64fex crash in jemalloc with large number of cores libwow64fex on Wine crashes early on startup trying to write to a null file descriptor. That's caused by jemalloc trying to print `jemalloc>: Reducing narenas to limit (4094)` to stderr, which is presumably not initialized yet. That's probably because the arena calculation depends on the number of cpus, and this specific machine has 128 cores. It works fine on other machines with fewer cores. ``` 0024:Call ntdll.strlen(7ffffe1fe350 ": Reducing narenas to limit (4094)\n") ret=6ffffacdae18 0024:Ret ntdll.strlen() retval=0000002d ret=6ffffacdae18 0024:Call ntdll.RtlAcquireSRWLockExclusive(6ffffae4dbc0) ret=6ffffac9b5f4 0024:Ret ntdll.RtlAcquireSRWLockExclusive() retval=6ffffae4dbc0 ret=6ffffac9b5f4 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception code=c0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) flags=0 addr=00006FFFFAC7E4DC 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception info[0]=0000000000000000 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception info[1]=0000000000000010 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception pc=00006ffffac7e4dc sp=00007ffffe1fe320 lr=00006ffffac7e4d4 fp=00007ffffe1ff690 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x0=00006ffffae4dbc0 x1=000000007ffc3404 x2=0000000000000052 x3=0000000000000001 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x4=0000000000000000 x5=00006ffffae4dbc0 x6=00006ffffac9b5f4 x7=0000000000000000 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x8=0000000000000000 x9=0000000060000000 x10=00007ffffe0ffcd0 x11=000000000000000a 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x12=0000000000000048 x13=0000000000000000 x14=000000007ffc3451 x15=000000000000745c 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x16=00007ffffe1fde10 x17=00006fffffa1b2c0 x18=000000007ffc0000 x19=000000000000002d 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x20=00007ffffe1fe350 x21=0000000000000002 x22=00006ffffae4dbc0 x23=00006ffffae56000 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x24=00006ffffae56130 x25=00006ffffafc0000 x26=0000000000000030 x27=00007ffffe1ff850 0024:trace:seh:dispatch_exception x28=000000000000007e cpsr=00001000 fpcr=00000000 fpsr=00000000 ```
