audio/coreaudio.c: Use new-in-OSX-10.6 APIs when available
Use the new-in-OSX 10.6 API AudioObjectGetPropertyData() instead
of the deprecated AudioDeviceGetProperty() and AudioDeviceSetProperty()
functions when possible.
