gitlab: use new(ish) cirrus-vars command for creating config
Rather than a giant sed command with a hardcoded list of env var name, we can now use the new(ish) cirrus-vars command that libvirt has added to the 'cirrus-run' container. Signed-off-by: Daniel P.
