Introduce QDict test data file
This file is used by the QDict stress test, it adds 5k nodes on the dictionary and performs various operations. My original file had 21k entries and almost 400k of size. After some discussion with Eduardo Habkost, I decided to reduce the size. There are ways to generate this kind of data dynamically, but it has its problems too.
