Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/xtensa/tags/20181030-xtensa' into staging
target/xtensa: support for bFLT binaries

- add support for bFLT binaries for target/xtensa
- fix per-architecture target_flat.h customization
- fix initial stack pointer for bFLT
