* memory: get rid of memory_region_init_reservationPaolo Bonzini2018-06-011-1/+1
| | | | | | | | The function has been deprecated for 2.5 years, and there are just a handful of users. Convert them to memory_region_init_io with NULL callbacks, and while at it pass the right device as the owner. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
* kvm/ioapic: correct kvm ioapic versionPeter Xu2017-02-161-0/+5

* kvm/ioapic: dump real object instead of a fake onePeter Xu2017-02-161-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When we do "info ioapic" for kvm ioapic, we were building up a temporary ioapic object. Let's fetch the real one and update correspond to the real object as well. This fixes printing uninitialized version field in ioapic_print_redtbl(). * x86: Clean up includesPeter Maydell2016-01-291-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers which it implies are not included manually. This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes. * hmp: added io apic dump statePavel Butsykin2015-09-251-0/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Added the hmp command to query io apic state, may be usefull after guest crashes to understand IRQ routing in guest. Implementation is only for kvm here. The dump will look like (qemu) info ioapic ioapic id=0x00 sel=0x26 (redir[11]) pin 0 0x0000000000010000 dest=0 vec=0 active-hi edge masked fixed physical pin 1 0x0000000000000031 dest=0 vec=49 active-hi edge fixed physical ... pin 23 0x0000000000010000 dest=0 vec=0 active-hi edge masked fixed physical IRR (none) Remote IRR (none) Signed-off-by: Pavel Butsykin <pbutsykin@virtuozzo.com> Signed-off-by: Denis V. * ioapic: QOM'ify ioapicxiaoqiang zhao2013-12-241-3/+3
| | | | | | | | | Convert 'init' function to QOM's 'realize' for ioapic and kvm-ioapic. Change variable 'ioapic_no' from static to global. Then we can drop the 'instance_no' function argument. Signed-off-by: xiaoqiang zhao <zxq_yx_007@163.com> Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.de>
* ioapic: Cleanup for QOM'ificationxiaoqiang zhao2013-12-241-1/+3
| | | | | | | | | Some cleanups: * ioapic_common.c: Rename 'register_types' to 'ioapic_common_register_types' * Replace inline 'DEVICE(s)' with local 'DeviceState *dev' variable Signed-off-by: xiaoqiang zhao <zxq_yx_007@163.com> Signed-off-by: Andreas Färber <afaerber@suse.de>

* KVM: PIC: Only commit irq routing when necessaryAlexander Graf2013-07-011-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The current logic updates KVM's view of our interrupt map every time we change it. While this is nice and bullet proof, it slows things down badly for me. QEMU spends about 3 seconds on every start telling KVM what news it has on its routing maps. Instead, let's just synchronize the whole irq routing map as a whole when we're done constructing it. For things that change during runtime, we can still update the routing table on demand. Signed-off-by: Alexander Graf <agraf@suse.de>
