* hw/ptimer: Introduce timer policy featureDmitry Osipenko2016-09-221-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Some of the timer devices may behave differently from what ptimer provides. Introduce ptimer policy feature that allows ptimer users to change default and wrong timer behaviour, for example to continuously trigger periodic timer when load value is equal to "0". * hw/timer: Clean up includesPeter Maydell2016-01-291-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers which it implies are not included manually. This commit was created with scripts/clean-includes. * savevm: Remove all the unneeded version_minimum_id_old (rest)Juan Quintela2014-05-141-4/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | After previous Peter patch, they are redundant. This way we don't assign them except when needed. Once there, there were lots of case where the ".fields" indentation was wrong: .fields = (VMStateField []) { and .fields = (VMStateField []) { Change all the combinations to: .fields = (VMStateField[]){ The biggest problem (appart from aesthetics) was that checkpatch complained when we copy&pasted the code from one place to another. * sun4m: fix slavio timer RUN/STOP bitMark Cave-Ayland2014-02-271-15/+10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The sun4m architecture has one 'system' timer and one timer per CPU. The CPU timers can be configured in two modes: * 22 bits Counter/Timer. Periodic interrupts. * 54 bits User timer. For profiling. In this mode, the Run/Stop bit controls the timer. The run/stop bit controls the timer only when it is in "User" mode, but its state shall be persistent. * aio / timers: Untangle include filesAlex Bligh2013-08-221-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | include/qemu/timer.h has no need to include main-loop.h and doing so causes an issue for the next patch. Unfortunately various files assume including timers.h will pull in main-loop.h. Untangle this mess. Signed-off-by: Alex Bligh <alex@alex.org.uk> Signed-off-by: Stefan Hajnoczi <stefanha@redhat.com>
