FEXRootFSFetcher: Check for working squashfuse
If squashfuse isn't installed or able to be executed. Then remove the "As-Is" Option with a warning and only allow extraction or exiting.
Setting the sqsh file as rootfs obviously won't work so don't let it get configured to be used.
