Tag a version so we can have one in uname.
This should be date version.
eg:
`FEX-<YY><MM>.<Rev>`
so `FEX-2101`
And then with rev `FEX-2101.1`

This way we can expose it to uname.
I want to do this after 32bit stuff lands.
