Dispatch: Recover RIP on asynchronous signals
With #637 RIP is no longer synchronized per block-entry. This might affect signals. We should recover RIP by doing a reverse lookup on PC whenever we get a signal and we are inside the jit abi. Depends on #649 for completeness
