Various box32 wrapped libs and script fixes (#1889)
* [WRAPPED32] Fixed the rebuild_wrappers_32 script, fixed some libc signatures

* [WRAPPED32] Added back xdr functions

* [WRAPPED32] Forgot to regenerate wrappers
