+Open NVC console to VM, reboot and boot (F12) from connected ISO.
+Windows installation start and successfully goes to first reboot.

+After reboot it hangs on "Starting windows" with 100%  load on one of CPU cores for many hours.

+Other Windows OS (XP, Server 2003, Server 2008 R2) are installed and work good.
+
+Is this a QEMU BUG? Could you please try reproduce it?
