Nested kvm-svm does not work since f5cc5a5c16
Description of problem:
Nested SVM virtualization seems to not work. I bisected this to f5cc5a5c16.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot up a Linux guest such as the Debian Live CD with -accel kvm -cpu host
2. ```dmesg | grep kvm; ls /dev/kvm```; # Shows that KVM is disabled within the guest
