hw/virtio/virtio-pmem: Fix definition of VirtIOPMEMClass
VirtIOPMEMClass's parent is VirtioDeviceClass rather than VirtIODevice.
This isn't catastrophic only because sizeof(VirtIODevice) >
sizeof(VirtioDeviceClass).
