Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/philmd-gitlab/tags/pflash-next-20190701' into staging
Implement the following AMD command-set parallel flash functionality:
- nonuniform sector sizes;
- erase suspend/resume commands; and
- multi-sector erase.
