Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/mst/tags/for_upstream' into staging
pc, pci, virtio: patches queued before 2.10

A bunch of stuff that was posted before the 2.10 timeframe,
mostly fixes/cleanups.  New PCI bridges.
