- Replace cpu_list() definition by CPUClass::list_cpus() callback

- Move target-agnostic methods out of cpu-target.c and accel-target.c
- Unmap canceled USB XHCI packet
- Use deposit/extract API in designware model
- Fix MIPS16e translation
