hw/virtio/virtio-pci: Remove VIRTIO_PCI_FLAG_MIGRATE_EXTRA definition
VIRTIO_PCI_FLAG_MIGRATE_EXTRA was only used by the hw_compat_2_4[] array, via the 'migrate-extra=true' property.
