tests/qtest: Introduce tests for Xilinx ZynqMP CAN controller
The QTests perform five tests on the Xilinx ZynqMP CAN controller:
Tests the CAN controller in loopback, sleep and snoop mode.
Tests filtering of incoming CAN messages.
