hw/arm/virt: remove VirtGuestInfo
by moving VirtGuestInfo.fw_cfg to VirtMachineState. This is the mach-virt equivalent of "pc: Move PcGuestInfo.fw_cfg to PCMachineState" and "pc: Eliminate PcGuestInfo struct" combined.
