OpenRISC updates for 7.2.0

Updates to add the OpenRISC virt plaform to QEMU. Highlights
include:

- New virt plaform with, virtio and pci bus support
- OpenRISC support for MTTCG
- Goldfish RTC device endianness is configurable now
