Makefile: Fix definition of pxe-*.bin blobs
* Remove 2nd entry for pxe-pcnet.bin. This kind of error can be avoided by sorting entries. So all pxe-*.bin entries are now sorted alphabetically. * Rename pxe-eepro100.bin -> pxe-i82559er.bin.
