Merge remote-tracking branch 'remotes/mst/tags/for_upstream' into staging
pc,virtio,pci: fixes, features,code removal

Fixes all over the place.
Ability to control ACPI OEM ID's.
Ability to control rom BAR size.
Removal of deprecated pc machine types.
