nvdimm: Add realize, unrealize callbacks to NVDIMMDevice class
A new subclass inheriting NVDIMMDevice is going to be introduced in subsequent patches. The new subclass uses the realize and unrealize callbacks. Add them on NVDIMMClass to appropriately call them as part of plug-unplug.
