target/arm: Move ID_AA64MMFR1 and ID_AA64MMFR2 tests together
Our list of isar_feature functions is not in any particular order, but tests on fields of the same ID register tend to be grouped together. A few functions that are tests of fields in ID_AA64MMFR1 and ID_AA64MMFR2 are not in the same place as the rest; move them into their groups.
