hw/scsi/vmw_pvscsi: Remove PVSCSI_COMPAT_OLD_PCI_CONFIGURATION definition
PVSCSI_COMPAT_OLD_PCI_CONFIGURATION was only used by the hw_compat_2_5[] array, via the 'x-old-pci-configuration=on' property.
