* fsdev/9p-marshal: move G_GNUC_PRINTF to headerSean Wei2025-07-161-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | v9fs_string_sprintf() is annotated with G_GNUC_PRINTF(2, 3) in 9p-marshal.c, but the prototype in fsdev/9p-marshal.h is missing the attribute, so callers that include only the header do not get format checking. Move the annotation to the header and delete the duplicate in the source file. No behavior change. * Replace GCC_FMT_ATTR with G_GNUC_PRINTFMarc-André Lureau2022-03-221-1/+1
| | | | | | | | One less qemu-specific macro. It also helps to make some headers/units only depend on glib, and thus moved in standalone projects eventually. Signed-off-by: Marc-André Lureau <marcandre.lureau@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Richard W.M. Jones <rjones@redhat.com>

* 9pfs: drop useless v9fs_string_null() functionGreg Kurz2016-09-161-5/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | The v9fs_string_null() function just calls v9fs_string_free(). Also it only has 4 users, whereas v9fs_string_free() has 87. This patch converts users to call directly v9fs_string_free() and drops the useless function. Signed-off-by: Greg Kurz <groug@kaod.org> Reviewed-by: Cédric Le Goater <clg@kaod.org>
* 9p: don't include <sys/uio.h>Greg Kurz2016-07-011-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | The <sys/uio.h> system header doesn't exist on all host platforms. Code should include "qemu/osdep.h" instead to avoid build breaks on plafforms that don't define CONFIG_IOVEC (like win32, if it is to support 9p one day).
