* qom: Have class_init() take a const data argumentPhilippe Mathieu-Daudé2025-04-251-1/+1

* hw/gpio: npcm7xx: fixup out-of-bounds accessPatrick Venture2025-03-071-2/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The reg isn't validated to be a possible register before it's dereferenced for one case. The mmio space registered for the gpio device is 4KiB but there aren't that many registers in the struct. * include/hw/qdev-properties: Remove DEFINE_PROP_END_OF_LISTRichard Henderson2024-12-191-1/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | Now that all of the Property arrays are counted, we can remove the terminator object from each array. Update the assertions in device_class_set_props to match. With struct Property being 88 bytes, this was a rather large form of terminator. Saves 30k from qemu-system-aarch64. * hw, target: Add ResetType argument to hold and exit phase methodsPeter Maydell2024-04-251-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | We pass a ResetType argument to the Resettable class enter phase method, but we don't pass it to hold and exit, even though the callsites have it readily available. This means that if a device cared about the ResetType it would need to record it in the enter phase method to use later on. Pass the type to all three of the phase methods to avoid having to do that. * hw/gpio: Add GPIO model for Nuvoton NPCM7xxHavard Skinnemoen2020-10-271-0/+424
The NPCM7xx chips have multiple GPIO controllers that are mostly identical except for some minor differences like the reset values of some registers. Each controller controls up to 32 pins. Each individual pin is modeled as a pair of unnamed GPIOs -- one for emitting the actual pin state, and one for driving the pin externally. Like the nRF51 GPIO controller, a gpio level may be negative, which means the pin is not driven, or floating.
