* tests/functional: Convert the virtio_gpu avocado test into a standalone testThomas Huth2024-09-041-157/+0
| | | | | | | | Nothing thrilling in here, it's just a straight forward conversion. Reviewed-by: Philippe Mathieu-Daudé <philmd@linaro.org> Message-ID: <20240830133841.142644-25-thuth@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Huth <thuth@redhat.com>
* tests/avocado/virtio-gpu: Fix test_vhost_user_vga_virgl for edid supportThomas Huth2023-11-161-4/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The "edid" feature has been added to vhost-user-gpu in commit c06444261e20 ("contrib/vhost-user-gpu: implement get_edid feature"), so waiting for "features: +virgl -edid" in the test does not work anymore, it's "+edid" instead of "-edid" now! While we're at it, move the expected string to the preceeding exec_command_and_wait_for_pattern() instead (since waiting for empty string here does not make too much sense). * tests/avocado/virtio-gpu: Cancel test if drm rendering is not availableThomas Huth2023-05-301-1/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The test_vhost_user_vga_virgl test currently fails on some CI machines with: qemu-system-x86_64: egl: no drm render node available qemu-system-x86_64: egl: render node init failed The other test in this file already checks whether there is an error while starting QEMU - we should do the same for the test_vhost_user_vga_virgl test, too. * tests/avocado/virtio-gpu: Fix the URLs of the test_virtio_vga_virgl testThomas Huth2023-05-161-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | The URLs here are not valid anymore - looks like the assets got moved into the pub/archive/ subfolder instead. Message-Id: <20230502105721.1661930-1-thuth@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Marc-André Lureau <marcandre.lureau@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Huth <thuth@redhat.com>
* tests/avocado: Rename avocado_qemu.Test -> QemuSystemTestPhilippe Mathieu-Daudé2021-11-081-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | To run user-mode emulation tests, we introduced the avocado_qemu.QemuUserTest which inherits from avocado_qemu.QemuBaseTest. System-mode emulation tests are based on the avocado_qemu.Test class, which also inherits avocado_qemu.QemuBaseTest. To avoid confusion, rename it as avocado_qemu.QemuSystemTest. * tests/acceptance: rename tests acceptance to tests avocadoWillian Rampazzo2021-11-081-0/+155
In the discussion about renaming the `tests/acceptance` [1], the conclusion was that the folders inside `tests` are related to the framework running the tests and not directly related to the type of the tests. This changes the folder to `tests/avocado` and adjusts the MAKEFILE, the CI related files and the documentation.
